Britannica Store Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. We guarantee your satisfaction on merchandise purchased through the Britannica Store.
If any product is found to be faulty through manufacture we will replace this item at no charge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must return the item within 30 days of original purchase. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items. Only items purchased through the Britannica Store are eligible for return.
How do I return a product to the Britannica Store?

You will be given an authorisation code which must be clearly stated on the returned item/s.
All returns must be authorised to ensure that your replacement or refund is processed as agreed.
